Refunds or exchanges are only applicable if the item has a genuine quality issue.

Items eligible for refund or exchange must be unused. Unstitched articles will not be accepted if they have been stitched or altered.

In case of an exchange or refund, the customer will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs.
